Dropping files on that button will send them to the recycle bin. However, you could make a button which runs the Opus Delete RECYCLE command and has the same icon as the Recycle Bin. If you drag the Recycle Bin to a toolbar you'll create a button for it, but dropping files on it doesn't work and clicking it will open the Recycle Bin in an Opus window. ) ?
